Ticket Policy
Single Tickets
Mountain View, Walnut Creek and Carmel prices reflect a $2-per-ticket "facility use fee" collected by Smuin Ballet on behalf of each respective theater. Additional processing fees collected by Smuin Ballet on their behalf are included in the processing fee listed on the order form. All Sales are final. Tickets are not refundable.
Subscriptions
The Introductory Subscription offer is for First-time Subscribers only. There is a $10 processing fee for all Subscription orders. Separate fees may apply for all non-subscription tickets. Subscription orders are processed in the order they are received. The best available seats are assigned at the time of processing, and every effort is made to accommodate seating requests.
Ticket Exchanges
Only Subscribers enjoy free ticket exchange privileges. To exchange, please refer to the exchanges section of the FAQ's. There are no exchange fees; however, a difference in subscription series price may apply. Tickets may not be exchanged once the performance date has passed.
Late Arrivals
Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate opportunity at the discretion of the House Manager. It is recommended that patrons arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the performance, and allow extra time to purchase or pick up tickets at the box office. Patrons arriving after the curtain time printed on their tickets should not expect to be seated immediately. For some events, late seating may not occur until intermission. If accommodated, latecomers should not expect to be seated in their assigned seats. Tickets presented to the House Manager after curtain time are not exchangeable or refundable. Patrons leaving the theater during the performance may not be readmitted.
Handicapped
All of our venues are Wheelchair accessible. For help with Wheelchair seating, or other assistive services, please contact the respective theater directly.
Student Discounts
Student discounts are for those with valid full-time student ID only.
