Anderson Da Silva

Anderson Da Silva is originally from Tampa, FL and comes from a Portuguese/Peruvian background. Da Silva trained at Tampa City Ballet under director Paula Nuñez and Osmany Montano. He then studied at Indiana University’s Collegiate Ballet Program at the Jacob’s School of Music. Upon graduation he joined Cincinnati Ballet’s second company for two seasons under Artistic Director Victoria Morgan and then later Jodie Gates. Da Silva then joined the Grand Rapids Ballet as a company artist for three seasons under Artistic Director James Sofranko. Throughout his professional career he has been able to perform works under choreographers such as Christopher Wheeldon, Justin Peck, Twyla Tharp, George Balanchine, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Penny Saunders, Jennifer Archibald, Trey McIntyre, Septime Webre, Val Caniparoli and many more. Da Silva joined Smuin in 2026.
