Ballet Retreats!

Treat yourself to a day of ballet! These workshops let students dig deeper into their technical exploration, making for rapid progression! Each retreat is held from 10:00-2:30 pm. The day begins with a fitness class, these can range from Yoga, to Pilates to Progressing Ballet Technique class. Once the body is warm students will have a 1.5 hour long ballet technique class. After a short break participants will then take a 30-minute “Tips” class where instructors will dive into certain ballet elements, like turning! To finish the day off, students will get to learn some of Smuin Contemporary Ballet’s current repertoire in an hour long class.
